WIDE APPLICATIONS
Aluminum forgings are commonly used to supply bicycle parts, heat sinks, and sporting equipment parts, amongst many other high-performance components. The superior strength and consistency of forged components best accommodate applications requiring high reliability. Brilliant colors can be added to aluminum forgings through the anodizing process, which makes them particularly suitable for applications with critical cosmetic requirements.
HIGH VOLUME PRODUCTION
Nexus Pacific offers quality dies to meet the requirements of high production volumes. By producing many consistent parts with high reliability, the forging process enables high throughput with minimal process disadvantages.
SECONDARY OPERATIONS
In addition to producing raw aluminum forgings, we provide various additional machining processes and surface finish processes, including ball burnishing and color anodizing, amongst others. Our comprehensive scope of capabilities effectively eliminates the inconvenience of using multiple suppliers to complete a single part.
